Please read through our restaurant general information and policies before placing your reservation. 

 

DINING INFORMATION

 

Please note that our restaurant concept is based around a Greek family style of dining. This means all our dishes emerge from the kitchen when they are ready, rather than all at once. To make the most of your experience with us, we suggest guests enjoy a shared "family" style of dining amongst the table.

 

Our cuisine is focussed around a 'Greek Inspired Island Restaurant' - NOT a traditional Greek restaurant. Our recipes are not traditional Greek and are our modern take on Greek fusion using locally available produce.

DRESS CODE

 

Our dress code is casual, however please refrain from wearing clothes with hateful, political or violent messages / images. Guests must wear a shirt in the restaurant.

 

RESERVATIONS

 

We strive to keep all reservations running on time and will hold your table for 20 minutes. In case of late arrival or no show, we may cancel or reallocate your reservation.
 

FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

 

Please let us know during time of reservation for all food allergies and we will do our best to accomodate. 

 

Please note, we are a commercial kitchen serving hundreds of guests daily - not your personal kitchen or chef. Many dishes require preparation in advance and our team is resourced to handle a certain volume of guests, following the recipes they have been trained to follow. Our recipes ensure consistency and optimal flavours.

 

We cannot guarantee no trace elements of allergens.

 

SPECIAL REQUESTS

 

If you would like to celebrate a special occasion at Nisi Taverna, please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your requests. Please note we require 48 hours of advance notice but cannot guarantee to fulfil your requests at all times. Please note that balloons, decorations and personal music requests are not permitted.

 

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS 

 

Please note that we can only accomodate groups up to 15 people at a single table (communal table).  For larger groups, please contact our reservations team for more information. For group reservations of 10-15 people, a set sharing menu will be required, and a deposit of 50% must be paid 24 hours in advance. A booking policy will apply for all group reservations, and will be explained in detail by our reservations team at the time of your booking inquiry.

 

LARGE GROUP DEPOSIT POLICY

 

A deposit is required at the time of booking of 10-15 people. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

BRING YOUR OWN

 

We do not allow ‘Bring Your Own’ food or drinks of any sort.

NO PETS

We love animals, however for the comfort of all guests animals are not allowed in the venue.

CHILDREN

 

We are family oriented venue, however, that is not to confuse our restaurant as being a theme park. Children must be well-behaved and sit at the table with adult supervision - and not disturb the comfort of other guests.

 

We have baby chairs, though we do not have facilities to cater for babies such as changing tables.

 

SMOKING AREA

 

The dining area of the restaurant is non-smoking. Those that want to smoke can smoke outside the restaurant on the street.
